Tim -Studied Town and County Planning at what was then Bristol Polytechnic (now the University Of The West Of England- Bristol) and graduated in 1988; since this time he has worked in the planning and development industry for over 32 years.
In that time Tim has worked for:
- Over 10 local authorities (permanent and contract positions) and has held senior positions in policy, development control and enforcement at both district and county planning authorities.
- A huge variety of commercial clients, from major housebuilders and commercial developers to smaller projects on behalf of individuals or families.
- A number of parish councils to provide planning advice in relation to major schemes which impact on the community.
- A number of architectural practices to provide technical planning advice to professionals to steer new development projects.
3D Planning was set up in 2001 as a family run company with Tim doing the planning; supported by Jacqui- who organises and does bookkeeping and everything else. At 3D Planning, we can offer experienced and reliable town planning services in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. As well as surrounding areas such as Rutland, Lincolnshire and Norfolk.
